To build a unified voice for better biking infrastructure and programs across South Dakota.     Join us for the screening of Dirt Relations, a powerful film that explores the impact of natural surface trails and cycling as tools for community building, economic development, and cultural connection—especially within Tribal Communities.

    We’re honored to welcome Patrick Lucas, the film’s producer, who will be joining us in person to share his experiences and insights. This event is a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and spark meaningful conversations about the future of cycling and trail development in South Dakota.

      What Makes a World Class Trail – Building with  IMBA Community Partnerships” – Learn how a Trail Accelerator Grant led to a comprehensive conceptual trails plan for Great Bear Park in Sioux Falls.

  • Engaging the Next Generation – Getting Kids on Bikes

    This session will focus on engaging kids through initiatives like Strider’s All Kids Bike Program, grassroots MTB clubs, and youth racing leagues. Featuring insights from Ryan McFarland (Strider Bikes), Alex Johnson (Spearfish MTB Club), and Emily Berry (Black Hills Bike Hub), this discussion will cover how cycling programs can foster healthier lifestyles, build social connections, and create lifelong riders. Discover how South Dakota can develop a sustainable youth cycling league that welcomes kids of all skill levels and interests.
